Can I keep using my phone app and current WhatsApp number?

Yes, absolutely! Unlike official API methods that require you to delete the WhatsApp app from your mobile phone, SaaSLanka CRM uses a secure Multi-Device session (QR scan setup). You keep your chats on your phone and can still use WhatsApp on your phone normally, while your sales agents log in and reply from their desktops!

How do I connect my number to SaaSLanka?

It takes less than 30 seconds. In the settings panel of your SaaSLanka dashboard, we generate a secure QR code. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to "Linked Devices", and scan the QR code (just like linking WhatsApp Web). Your entire chat history will immediately sync to the CRM shared inbox!

Are there limits on broadcast campaign messages?

With our QR Link technology, your broadcast speed simulates human interaction rates to ensure security. There are no direct WhatsApp API cost fees for these messages since they route through your existing mobile connection, but we recommend avoiding spamming to protect your number from user reports.

Do you support Unicode Sinhala and Tamil characters?
